Stardate 2956.05.23
This is my first Captain’s log, or in this case, a more personal log that I am taking. It’s been encouraged by the United Space Confederation to do these logs; not sure exactly why, but it is encouraged and should somehow help in fleet operations.
Either way, I shall be starting to make these logs now whenever I can to report on current missions or the status of things.
Right now, I am on my way to Stanton, in my trusty Hull B, leaving the Nyx system to join a few friends on some sort of scavenger hunt, which certainly seems fun! Since I am flying out, I will also be taking on a few Hauling missions before arriving at the rendezvous location at Baijini Point. We will see how this scavenger hunt goes.
Once we are done, though, I shall need to take on a few more hauling missions. Money is still tight, and the reputation also needs to be increased. I will also need to purchase large amounts of RMC to return within Nyx. The USCS Gayle, my Polaris-class corvette, needs a large sum of it to be able to provide hangar services for repairs. After all, the USCS Gayle has been commanded to join a small mining expedition in Staton, nothing fancy, just there to escort and provide repairs and extra supplies if needed. I don´t foresee any complications. It’s also not the first time that Gayle has been doing these industrial escort missions; she and her crew are by now quite used to it.
Well, that is it for now, as I am just arriving at Microtech for my first contract. Until next time, William out.
